Full Product Overview

The FAKRO LWK Komfort Wooden Loft Ladder is a high-quality, three-section folding loft ladder designed to provide safe, comfortable and convenient access to domestic loft spaces.

Supplied fully assembled with an insulated white hatch, integrated handrail and non-slip wooden treads, the LWK Komfort provides a complete loft access solution for both new installations and replacement projects.

The ladder features sturdy wooden sections with 80 mm deep non-slip treads, providing a comfortable climbing surface. An integrated handrail offers additional support when climbing or descending, while heavy-duty PVC feet help protect the flooring beneath the ladder.

Energy efficiency is another important advantage. The smooth white hatch incorporates 30 mm insulation within a 36 mm thick panel, delivering a U-value of 1.1 W/m²K. A peripheral seal helps reduce draughts and unwanted heat loss through the loft opening.

The three-section design allows the ladder to fold neatly away above the ceiling when not required, keeping the room below clear.

With a 160 kg maximum load, EN 14975 certification and 13 available hatch sizes, the FAKRO LWK Komfort offers a practical combination of strength, insulation and everyday convenience.
