The Piccolo Premium concertina pull-down loft ladder is made of aluminium alloy.•
It uses a counterbalanced spring operation to allow control over the unit's ascent and descent.•
Designed to suit a minimum opening size of 580 x 420mm (dependent on model choice - stores completely within your loft opening.•
