Hop Up Platforms (Hop Ups)

It's easy to use a hop up step. Simply unfold it, place it within comfortable reach of the work area, and keep both feet on the platform. For safety, make sure you don't exceed the hop up's maximum weight capacity. Do not jump up and down whilst standing on top of a hop-up platform, and do not overreach.

There are lots of different hop up platforms to choose from. Many of the world's top ladder manufacturers, such as Werner and Hailo, offer hop ups to suit a variety of different needs. Some hop ups are wide; others are compact. Some are designed with additional handles for easier transportation, while others are designed with only one set of legs for use on stairs.

A hop up is a small platform (only a foot or so in height) that allows you to 'hop up' and get at high spots that would otherwise be out of reach. Hop up steps tend to be made of high-quality aluminium, making them sturdy yet lightweight and easy to transport.
