Great distress was experienced in changing the date to when we could receive them and on that date the carrier was supposed to deliver them in the working day. The delivery was late in the evening and we found them simply plonked on our drive at 10pm at night. The personnel at Ladders Direct were outstanding to help but let down by the ladder manufacturer and the delivery company. Read More

The ladder is good but the having a problem with the bar on the bottom need to drill hole bit bigger.

They arrived on time,the driver phoned to find the address it was much appreciated as it is not easy to find.

‘Next day delivery’ turns out to be next week delivery. Customer service can’t give an exact date as when the ladder would show up. Poor!
