Its height-adjustable ladder and platform system allows operators to work safely across a range of tanker heights, making it particularly suitable for inspection, loading, unloading, sampling, cleaning and maintenance operations.

A low-maintenance crank and rack mechanism allows the working height to be adjusted rung-by-rung in increments of up to 280 mm. This makes it possible to position the platform accurately at the required access height while minimising physical effort during adjustment.

At the top of the ladder is a spacious 500 × 900 mm corrugated aluminium working platform with handrails fitted on both sides. A projecting safety cage extends over the tanker to create a protected working area for personnel carrying out tasks at tanker level.

Two cage configurations are available. Model 890009 features a 1500 × 1500 mm safety cage, while model 890023 uses an extended 1500 × 2300 mm cage for applications requiring a larger protected working area.

The ladder is mounted on a heavy-duty galvanised steel chassis and incorporates a self-locking mechanism with an additional rack arrestor to help prevent unintended movement and uncontrolled lowering of the upper ladder section.

Despite its substantial industrial construction, the system remains mobile thanks to its integrated chassis and handling rail. Ballast weights are included, and the ladder is supplied in pre-assembled modules to simplify final installation before use.
